All Alto Leather products are handcrafted using full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather. Variations in texture, color, or tone are natural and expected. These differences are not flaws — they are part of the unique character of handmade leather goods.

We make every effort to represent products accurately in photos and descriptions but cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will exactly match the final product.

Leather availability may vary. If a particular leather is out of stock, we may suggest a similar option, or let you know about expected restock timelines. Some leathers may take several weeks to be delivered to us depending on supplier lead times.

  1. Orders & Payment

Orders may be placed directly through our website or by sending us a message. Once we begin crafting your order, it cannot be canceled or changed.

We currently accept cash on delivery for local orders, with online payment options coming soon.

When online payment is available, all transactions will be processed securely through a trusted payment provider. Alto Leather does not store credit card information.

All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Alto Leather. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

  1. Privacy & Data

We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order or respond to your inquiries. This may include your name, email, shipping address, and order details.

Your information is never sold or shared and is used solely for order processing and communication.

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Palestine and apply to all users regardless of country of residence.
